Stand by, folks; this is going to be a looong post. I feel a bit pissy today and am going to vent some. Enjoy.

Had a nice weekend. Went to the Astros game on Sunday, mainly to see them retire Craig Biggio’s number 7. Very nice ceremony. Astros balance hype and dignity very well in their ceremonies. We’ll miss ya Bidge. The team is FAIL until another person of Bidge’s character comes along.

 

Second Life is providing superior drama. Haven’t seen my online GF in a while. She’s RL moving. Contacted a previous crazy psycho, and things have improved in her life. I think I will try the friendship route with her.

 

I am also very close to buying a sim and managing it. Very close. Stay tuned.

 

Congrats to Michael Phelps. Way to go man. You need to buy Lezak a Ferrari. Seriously. His leg in the 400 Free relay is one of the most exciting Olympic finishes I have ever seen. Incredible.

 

Read some stories on Foxnews about women who have gotten their faces and bodies maimed by acid or fire, usually from men who were mad at them or because they didn’t want to fuck them. That shit pisses me off. Its some cultural thing, as most of these men are heralded and vindicated by their governments.
